Growth demands a temporary surrender of security. It demands a giving up of familiar patterns, safe but unrewarding work. Values no longer believed in, friendships and relationships that have lost their meaning.

I can't imagine anything worst than living a stagnant life void of change and improvement. Change equals growth.

Hope and change is not the result of just sitting still with wishful thinking. Hope and change is that stubborn thing that resides on the inside of us.
• Desipite all evidence to be contrary, that something better awaits us if we are willing to push ourselves beyond the confinement of complacency. These are words of affirmations that have the power to transform our thinking into powerful reality. These affirmations are the core values of the heart and mind to those who are willing to believe in the future of change and personal growth.
• They remind us that progress doesn't come by standing still while our hopes and dreams to reach our potential fade away with hopelessness. Our hopes and dreams arise within us through persistence, determination and enthusiasm. Speaking up even when it's risky, and reaching out even when we disagree. Let's be honest, we will encounter setbacks, adversity, and even failure to pursue change, and personal growth, and to reach out potential for a brighter future. It is inevitable if we only will believe in ourselves.
