A life coach🏋️ points out things you can't see👁️, and gives you advice on how to improve your performance🏋️, while motivating you to be your absolute best. A life coach🎖️ challenges you to go beyond where you would normally stop.

I am a certified life coach🏋️, having graduated from the International Association of Professions Career College in November of 2024. I consider myself to be a continuous learner, pursuing growth and striving for self-improvement.

The life coach🧑‍🏫 industry is a very diverse industry, centered around business💼 & entrepreneurship. I also graduated in July 2022, from the Joseph Business School in Chicago Illinios. This is a nationally accredited business school. Pastor🙏 Bill Winston of Bill Winston Ministries located in Chicago Illinios is the founder.

THE BACKGROUND OF LIFE COACHING

• The most successful coaches are very passionate and caring. Coaching is a people development profession, and not just information-based. Given that life coaches spend much of their time developing, supporting, and training their clients. Caring about their clients and their values is the oil that keeps the coaching process working smoothly.
• The most successful coaches have that "spark." There is something visibly noticeable about them. They are confident, upbeat, naturally positive, and enjoy working with people. Life coaches have a lot to give, and naturally encourage others to become the best version of themselves. Life coaches naturally possess the spirit of encouragement, ignite, energize and motivate their clients.
• The most successful coaches are naturally perceptive. The coaching process requires the coach to be sensitive, intuitive--able to feel the client's energy or the lack thereof, able to sense the truth of what's being said within the coaching session. Part of the process of becoming a life coach is sensitizing oneself and developing one's natural perceptive ability.
• The life coach profession is a continuous learning process from their clients. The coaching technology, while proven effective, is still in it's infancy. Life coaches make it their practice to learn as much from their clients coaching sessions. This keeps coaches fresh, humble and open to imput, and willing to adapt themselves, and what they know to meet the needs of their current clients. When coaches are open to learnig from their clients, they are more effective, because they can descern what's being said versus lecturing.
